Friction kills loyalty. We removed it.

Download an app, create an account, remember a password: that loses most customers before the first stamp. The wallet is already installed, already opened a hundred times a day, already trusted. We place your card in it with one tap, and reach the customer where they actually read, WhatsApp and the lock screen, rather than in an email they won't open.

Built as a durable foundation, not as one more feature.

Wafiy was designed around a small set of composable building blocks, made for Moroccan physical retail. Loyalty, campaigns and gift cards are their first uses; the same foundation is ready to carry booking, ERP and white-label when the time comes. We prefer a sound foundation to a list of features. That's what holds a consistent experience for your customers over time.

A commitment, not an empty promise.

We handle personal data in line with Morocco's Law 09-08, under CNDP oversight. Data is hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt), encrypted at rest, and its transfer from Morocco is governed by the CNDP. Sensitive information never touches the card: it carries only counters, labels and a barcode. The link between a card and a phone number stays server-side.
