Warranties, cancellation and refunds

What our guarantees cover, how to cancel, and what happens to your data.

1. Satisfied, or 3 months on us

If, at the end of the first 3 months, the loyalty programme has brought the merchant nothing, Wafiy gives them 3 further months of use, with an advisor who reworks the programme with them. The guarantee gives a right to usage time, not to a refund in money.

2. How to claim it

  • Have used the service for real: programme activated, rewards configured, QR code visible at the counter, business trading, customers enrolled by the team.
  • Ask within the 15 days following the end of the 3rd month, by call or message to the advisor. No justification is required.
  • The guarantee can be used once and is not transferable.

3. Faulty or non-conforming hardware

The merchant checks the hardware on delivery and tells us immediately if it arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered: we replace it, shipping included. The device then stays covered for 3 years against manufacturing defects, call-out and repair included. Breakage, immersion, power surges and any third-party intervention are excluded. The device's expected service life is 3 years; after that, a replacement is made to order.

4. Cancellation

On monthly billing, the subscription can be cancelled at any time after the first 3 months, at no cost; the service runs to the end of the period already paid for. On yearly billing, or under a Signature commitment, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund sums already paid, unless the law provides otherwise.

5. What happens to the data

When the contract ends, receipts already issued stay available to the customers who saved them, loyalty cards stop being updated, and the merchant can request an export of their data within 30 days. Hardware they own stays theirs; features that depend on an active subscription stop working.
