What "the service" covers
The service means the site, the online dashboard, the Wafiy Receipts device, the QR code display screen, the wallet cards and the receipt pages handed to end customers, taken together.
Intellectual property
The platform, its code, its card and receipt templates, and the Wafiy name and logo belong to the publisher. Content supplied by a merchant — logo, photos, text, offers — remains theirs.
