Do my customers need to download an app?

No. The card lives in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, already on the phone. No download, no account, no password.

Does Wafiy work on iPhone and Android?

Yes, both, natively. iPhone via Apple Wallet, Android via Google Wallet. On Android phones where Google Wallet isn't installed yet, the enrollment flow guides the customer to add it, then brings them back to enroll.

What exactly is a wallet card?

A digital card added to the phone's Wallet app, like a boarding pass or a store loyalty card. It updates remotely and can appear on the lock screen. Your loyalty card takes exactly this form.

No. The card is entirely free for your customers. They pay nothing to add it or use it.

How do my customers get the card?

They scan the QR on your counter or open a link you share, enter their name and phone, and add it to the wallet in one tap. A few seconds, at the counter.

Reaching your customers where they actually read, especially when a message carries a link to open, which the wallet card can't do on iPhone. It's also how a gift card is delivered to its recipient.

What happens with a link, on iPhone vs Android?

Apple Wallet can't open an external link from a notification; Google Wallet can. Wafiy handles it for you: on iPhone, a message with a link goes out over WhatsApp; on Android, the link becomes a tappable button on the card. You write once, the right channel is chosen automatically.

How is my customers' data protected?

Sensitive information never touches the card: it carries only counters, labels and a barcode. The link between a card and a phone number stays server-side. For the details, see our privacy policy.

No. Wafiy complements your current checkout — it handles loyalty, campaigns and gift cards, without replacing it. An ERP layer (stock, light checkout, commissions) is coming soon, but isn't available yet.
