TWO FIELDS, ONE TAP, A CARD IN THE WALLET

The customer scans your QR or opens your link. They enter a first name and a number. Their card is installed.

No download, no password, no friction. The enrollment page knows the device: an "Add to Apple Wallet" button on iPhone, "Add to Google Wallet" on Android. The right card, in the right format, with nothing for the customer to choose. The phone number becomes the lasting anchor of the relationship: it lets you reach them, trigger the birthday gesture, recover their card when they switch devices. Date of birth stays optional, never required.

Behind every format lives one and the same accumulation logic. A coffee after ten, a percentage returned in dirhams, points that climb with the basket: one foundation, not three patched-together systems side by side. Cashback is counted in whole dirham cents, never floating point. And the moment a threshold is crossed, the reward unlocks, the card updates, and the customer watches it arrive on their screen.

For customers who shared their date of birth, Wafiy sends the gesture that counts every morning: a free stamp, a cashback credit or a gift code, your choice, with a personal word. EVERY CARD IS AN INVITATION

The QR on the back of every card opens an enrollment page with the referrer already attributed.

Any phone's camera reads the card's QR and opens the enrollment page, the referral already attributed. When the friend finishes signing up with their own number, the referrer gets the reward you set, a stamp or a cashback, and watches it arrive on their screen. Credit only lands on a real, completed enrollment; self-referral is rejected server-side. Your best advertising is your best customer.

VIP / TIERS

THE CARD TRANSFORMS AT EVERY TIER CROSSED

Bronze, Silver, Gold. As the customer progresses, their card visibly changes face.

Progressive tiers where the card changes face — new colours, new image — the moment the customer crosses a cumulative threshold of stamps or points. The crossing is instant and celebrated in the same gesture: "Congratulations! You are now Gold!" appears on the lock screen, and the card already wears its new colours. Recognition becomes visible, carried proudly in the wallet.

SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PASSES, IN THE SAME WALLET

A monthly plan, a ten-session package, an event pass — the card carries the expiry date and the state.

Beyond accumulation loyalty, the card can carry a right of access over time. A subscription — monthly plan, session package — embeds an expiry date and triggers renewal reminders. A pass — single entry, event credit — is redeemed at the counter and greys out in the wallet once used. Payment stays with you, however you handle it; Wafiy handles issuance, expiry and the reminder.

When the customer comes within a few steps of your establishment, their card resurfaces on its own on the lock screen, with no send on your part. The phone's operating system handles it, from your establishment's coordinates. Always on, no cost, nothing to do once the address is set. A discreet reminder, at the exact moment it matters.

THE CARD CARRIES ONLY NUMBERS — NEVER PERSONAL DATA

The wallet shows a balance, a status, a barcode. The link to the customer's identity stays protected with you.

The card in the wallet carries only counters and a barcode. The name, the number, the history live in your dashboard, isolated and protected, never on the pass. Every update flows from the server to the wallet, never the reverse: no card can be forged to credit itself a balance. The discretion of a serious house, written into the architecture.
