- I'm not receiving notifications — check two things: that your card is actually added, and that lock-screen notifications are enabled for Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. The Add my card to the wallet guide walks you through it.
- I changed phones, or lost my card — your card is linked to your phone number. Re-enroll with the same number, via the merchant's link or QR code — you get your card back. You can also ask the establishment to re-send it. See Add my card to the wallet.
