Add my card to the wallet
Your loyalty card lives in the wallet already on your phone. No Wafiy app to install, no account to create. It takes less than a minute.
On iPhone (iOS)
Apple Wallet is already installed on your iPhone.
- 1 · Open the enrollment link — scan the QR code at the counter, or open the link shared by the merchant.
- 2 · Fill in your details — name and phone (date of birth optional), then choose whether you accept WhatsApp messages.
- 3 · Tap "Add to Apple Wallet" — Apple Wallet opens with a preview of your card.
- 4 · Tap "Add" — top right. That's it: your card is in Apple Wallet.

- 3 · Fill in your details — name and phone (date of birth optional), then your WhatsApp messages choice.
- 4 · Tap "Add to Google Wallet" — a preview of your card appears.
- 5 · Tap "Add" — that's it: your card is in Google Wallet.

Enable lock-screen notifications
To receive stamps, rewards and offers directly on your lock screen:
- iPhone — go to Settings → Wallet and check that notifications are allowed. On the card itself, turn on "Allow Notifications".
- Android — in your phone settings, allow notifications for Google Wallet.

Remove a card
- iPhone — open the card in Apple Wallet, tap the three dots (•••), then "Remove Pass".
- Android — open the card in Google Wallet, tap the menu, then "Remove pass".
Removing the card from your wallet does not delete your data on the merchant's side. To erase your data, go to the Data access & control page.
After changing phones or a lost card
Your card is linked to your phone number. If you change devices or remove the card by mistake, nothing is lost:
- Re-enroll with the same phone number, via the merchant's link or QR code — you get your card back.
- Or just ask the establishment to re-send it.
